Resolute Designs (Graphic Designer)
I currently work as a Graphic Designer for Resolute Designs. I am both a digital and print designer, creating mock-ups of products and prints (example below) on Photoshop. I also make the actual orders alongside art-workers using Illustrator to create print files for Mimaki UV and digital roll printing. I also have experience in sublimation and heat transfer printing, knowledgeable in the correct settings for each process so that products for customers are pristine and are of high quality.
As Resolute Designs is a small business, I have other job roles within the company - I offer a hand in customer service when needed, offering advice and guidance to other staff too. I am also experienced in different shipping methods, using Royal Mail, FedEx, and DPD services for orders daily.
To create these mock-ups, I added smart objects onto each item, ensuring the layer is wrapped correctly around the space for the design. This ensures that the design looks as realistic as possible and matches the colours and finish to the real thing. This way, customers know what to expect and are not met with colours that are completely different to the preview we provide with these photos.
These mock-ups also show how much each item can be personalised and gives customers a good idea of the space they have to add different names and messages to different gifts.
